Kaštela Garden Residence is a project that, within a closed residential community, merges in one point: the centuries-old history and tradition of Kaštela, the natural beauty of Kaštela, and the excellent traffic connectivity of Kaštela on one side, and the most modern achievements in the field of residential construction on the other. The community, as its name suggests, will integrate the highest quality approaches and materials in the construction of residential buildings into the living spaces of new apartment owners. Furthermore, this community will integrate the latest horticultural achievements on one side, and the tradition of Kaštela gardens composed of medicinal and fragrant herbs, olive varieties, ornamental plants, and citrus fruits on the other.

The buildings and apartments within them are designed with the intention of providing new owners, business people, and their families with a modern living space that offers daily rest from the urban environment and a safe and peaceful retreat for relaxation.

The excellent, already mentioned micro-location of the residential community, which is connected on one side to Marina Studina Street and on the other side to the Ivana Pavla II expressway, will allow future owners, depending on their needs, easy and quick access to their residential units. The community will be organized as a semi-closed type, with two separate gated neighborhoods divided by a new road, which is an absolute novelty in the luxury real estate market in Kaštela. As the name suggests, the residential community will consist of 10 buildings with 70 apartments. Regardless of the interests of the new owners, and thanks to the gently sloping terrain of the micro-location, the majority of the apartments will have sea views, while all other apartments will have large private green oases and gardens. The entire community will be fenced. Each apartment will have 3 parking spaces available, two in the garage and one in an outdoor parking space. Each building will have 7 apartments: two on the ground floor, two on the first floor, two on the second floor, and one in the attic.

Currently, the first two buildings are under construction: Building 1 and Building 2, the residential units Lucius and Mirta, which are expected to be completed by early September 2025. After that, the construction of Building 3, Building 4, and Building 5 will begin. The completion of the entire Kaštela Garden Residence community is expected during 2027.

The entire community, buildings, and apartments are designed by respecting the most modern global achievements in residential construction, integrated into the existing General Urban Plan (GUP) and local construction earthquake-resistant requirements. The construction works on Buildings 1 and 2 have been carried out using the highest quality materials, including steel and concrete, in quantities and quality exceeding the required seismic standards and norms. The ceramics, bathroom accessories, parquet flooring, and external carpentry are supplied by renowned manufacturers. Within the entire community, a private road 8.5 meters wide with sidewalks will be built, along with a connecting lane to the Ivana Pavla II expressway. Furthermore, the residential community will include children's playgrounds and other ancillary facilities.
